The staff was always friendly and helpful. I liked that the room had a good layout, and it felt spacious. Beds were comfortable. The location was good. I could walk to many places.
The shower water flow reminded me of a budget hotel. The water pressure was really pitiful.

I found the location very convenient for accessing different parts of the city. the staff was always available and helpful. i liked the fitness room. It had modern equipment. the lindt store in the lobby was also a great bonus!

the room included a spacious sitting area with a separate tv. complimentary robes and slippers were provided. a heated bathroom floor added a nice touch, it provided extra comfort.
