helpful staff friendly staff room upgrade distant parking unclean floor cold room
i found the staff very helpful and friendly. they upgraded my room as well. everything was perfectly clean. the room was nice.
the parking garage was too far from the exit. the room was cold even after adjusting the air conditioning.

helpful staff spacious room comfortable beds good location
The staff was always friendly and helpful. I liked that the room had a good layout, and it felt spacious. Beds were comfortable. The location was good. I could walk to many places.
The shower water flow reminded me of a budget hotel. The water pressure was really pitiful.

The hotel boasts a modern fitness center, equipped with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A selection of free weights and weight machines is also available . The gym provides complimentary water and towel service.

convenient location helpful staff modern equipment lobby store
I found the location very convenient for accessing different parts of the city. the staff was always available and helpful. i liked the fitness room. It had modern equipment. the lindt store in the lobby was also a great bonus!
the elevator system required pre-selection of the floor inside, this slowed things down a little.

the room included a spacious sitting area with a separate tv. complimentary robes and slippers were provided. a heated bathroom floor added a nice touch, it provided extra comfort.

the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and departure. they promptly assisted with my luggage. the front desk offered helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants.

the hotel restaurant offers meal discounts to guests. there is a variety of options near the hotel. i found a cute coffee shop and a food court close by.

the fitness room had a good selection of equipment. i appreciated the complimentary water in the fridge. refills were readily available as needed, a nice convenience.
